Angel investing has a deal-flow problem: the best early rounds move through private group chats and intros, while public platforms tend to fill up with fees, syndicate carry and secondary sales. AngelFlow takes a simple, strict approach.

How AngelFlow works

AngelFlow is a curated community of more than 500 active angel investors. Approved members share deals they are investing in by email, and the whole community sees them the same day. Interested angels reply, and the company follows up directly.

The three rules

The shared deal template

Every deal follows the same three-part structure, which makes deals fast to compare:

  1. The opportunity: what the company does, who it serves and why now.
  2. Amount and terms: the allocation, minimum check, price and target close.
  3. The founder case: what the sharing angel has seen that makes these founders exceptional.

Who can join

Membership is selective. AngelFlow looks for active angels with a track record of investing in and adding value to startups, and each member applies and is reviewed individually. Founders can also put a primary round with clear terms in front of the full group.
